The Ecosoft 1″ mechanical filter is designed for domestic cold water purification. It effectively removes sand, silt, rust, scale and other mechanical impurities larger than 5 microns from tap and well water.

Connections to the pipeline are made in the form of brass bushings.

How the filter works

The filter must be installed by a qualified technician.

To ensure normal operation of the filter, to prevent emergency situations related to pressure surges in the pipeline, it is recommended to use an additional pressure regulator installed in the line in front of the filter.

The filter is connected to the water supply using metal plastic pipes. You may need accessories or adapters (not included with the filter).

The filter is the housing (flask) in which the cartridge is placed.
The filtration process delivers water to a cartridge that removes contaminants. As a result, you will get clean water.

Service

The Ecosoft mechanical filter is designed for cold water treatment only.

To ensure constant access to clean water, we recommend replacing the cartridges every 2-6 months.
The service life of the cartridge depends on the degree of contamination and the amount of filtered water.

After the end of the resource and service life, the cartridge must be replaced with a new one. To do this, unscrew the flask using the special key that is included in the package. Then remove the old cartridge, rinse the filter flask under running water and insert a new cartridge. Screw the housing with the cartridge to the filter cover until it stops.
