Ecosoft Granular Activated Carbon Cartridge contains 100% high quality coconut shell granulated activated carbon inside.
He separates chlorine and organochlorine compounds from water, reduces the concentration of heavy and non-ferrous metals, as well as phenol, petroleum products and pesticides. Corrects water color and smell.

The Ecosoft 4.5″x10″ granular activated carbon cartridge has an increased chlorine resource of 30,000 liters.

Fits other manufacturers’ filters with a standard size of 4.5″x10″.

How a granular activated carbon cartridge works

The cartridge is a cylindrical body, inside which there is a filter material – activated carbon from a coconut shell.

During the operation of the filter, water passes through the filter material, which absorbs chlorine and organochlorine compounds, reduces the concentration of heavy and non-ferrous metals, as well as phenol, petroleum products and pesticides. Corrects water color and smell.

Service

• The cartridge is only intended for post-treatment of cold well or tap water.
• The resource of the cartridge depends on the quality of the source water and may differ from the indicated values.
• Do not exceed the recommended filtration rate, this may lead to a deterioration in the quality of water treatment.
• Before use, the cartridge must be soaked in cold water for at least 8 hours.
• After installing a new cartridge, drain at least 10 liters of filtered water down the drain.
• To obtain clean water, it is recommended to change the cartridge every 6 months, regardless of the amount of filtered water.
