Ecosoft cartridge made of polypropylene fiber is suitable for purifying water from rust, sand, and sludge.
Cartridges can also be used to purify water from a well, process, or feed to a boiler.
How the filter works
The cartridge is a porous cylinder made of foamed polypropylene. The required degree of mechanical strength is achieved without the use of a core by sintering the fibers into a rigid structure. During cleaning, the particles of the material retain mechanical impurities, and the consumer is supplied with clean water.
Service
Ecosoft 2.5″x40″ mechanical cleaning cartridge is intended for cold water purification only.
The cartridge is not intended for the treatment of microbiologically contaminated water without proper disinfection of the source or treated water.
The cartridge life depends on the quality of the source water. Do not exceed the recommended filtration rate, as this may lead to a deterioration in the quality of water purification.
To obtain clean water, the replacement cartridge must be changed at least once every 6-9 months.
