SERVICE
Before starting the reverse osmosis system, it is necessary to prepare the membrane, calibrate the instruments and perform other system checks. Avoid sudden pressure or flow changes in the membrane elements to prevent damage during start-up, shutdown and flushing.
During start-up, it is recommended to gradually switch the reverse osmosis system from rest to operating mode:
- the source water pressure should be raised within 30-60 seconds
- the flow rate should be reached within 15-20 seconds
- the permeate obtained in the first hour of operation is discarded
