ULTRA5-QC Platinum Wasser Ultra 5 Reverse Osmosis Filter Advantages:

The PW Ultra 5 system includes 5 water purification stages: mechanical polypropylene cartridge 5 microns, cartridge with pressed activated carbon, mechanical polypropylene cartridge 1 micron, reverse osmosis membrane, post-filter with granular activated carbon.

High-quality food-grade materials that do not contain bisphenols (BEZ BPA) are used in the production of filters.

Cleaning steps:

• The mechanical cartridge is made of 5 micron polypropylene fiber. The cartridge removes sand, sludge, rust and other sediment mechanical contaminants larger than 5 microns.
• Cartridge with pressed activated carbon. It has a significant sorption capacity: it effectively removes chlorine, organic and organochlorine compounds, improving water quality. The cartridge is made of coconut shells.
• Mechanical cartridge made of polypropylene fiber 1 micron. The cartridge effectively purifies water from mechanical impurities larger than 1 micron, sand, rust, etc., which significantly extends the life of the membrane in the reverse osmosis system.
• Reverse osmosis membrane. Removes almost all organic, chemical and mechanical contaminants, heavy metal salts, iron, mercury, arsenic, manganese, nitrates, as well as bacteria and viruses. The system is available with a 75 GPD Filmtec™ membrane or the original
• 50 GPD DOW™ membrane element (The Dow Chemical Company).
• Post-filter – contains finely granulated activated carbon from coconut shells. This cartridge is the final stage of water purification and serves to significantly improve the taste and smell of water.

Platinum Wasser filters are developed by the German company Wasserhaus GmbH and manufactured in the European Union. The cleaning systems use materials that do not contain bisphenols (BPA). High quality standards are confirmed by TUV safety and NSF certificates.
