The Ecosoft 1/2″ mechanical cleaning filter is designed for purifying cold water. It effectively removes sand, silt, rust, scale and other mechanical contaminants larger than 5 microns in size from tap and well water.
Connections to the pipeline are made in the form of brass bushings.

How the filter works
Filter installation is carried out by a qualified specialist.
To ensure normal operation of the filter, in order to prevent emergency situations associated with pressure surges in the pipeline, it is recommended to additionally use a pressure regulator when connecting, which is mounted in the line in front of the filter.
The filter is connected to the water supply using metal-plastic pipes. You may need fittings or adapters (not included with the filter).
The filter is a housing (flask) with a cartridge inside.
During the filtration process, water is sent to a cartridge that removes contaminants. As a result, you will get clean water.
Service
The Ecosoft mechanical cleaning filter is intended for cold water purification only.
For constant access to clean water, we recommend changing cartridges once every 2-6 months.
The service life of the cartridge depends on the degree of contamination and the amount of filtered water.
After the end of its resource and service life, the cartridge must be replaced with a new one. To do this, unscrew the flask using a special key, which is included in the package. Then remove the old cartridge, rinse the filter flask under running water and insert the new cartridge. Screw the housing with the cartridge to the filter cover until it stops.
