Uses 30% less salt. The specially designed tank contains an extra-fine mesh and densely packed, chlorine-resistant ion exchange resin tank, the granules of which are half the size of classic columns. The tank design increases its contact with the water and improves the overall efficiency of salt use.
Two-in-one – water softening and iron removal system. With the same volume of ion exchange resin, AQUAPHOR A800 provides a larger surface area in contact with water, the channel effect is eliminated, and smaller granules are regenerated faster and more efficiently. This allows iron to be removed from water with a high Fe concentration (up to 15 ppm).
Up to 5 times less water consumption for regeneration The regeneration of the softening system and especially the removal of iron in classic column systems consumes a huge amount of water.
