Cintropur Industrial Water Filter – NW800 3″ –  it is recommended to change the filter cartridge depending on the delay and type of filtered water:

• 6 months for the following types of water: rain, spring, well, borehole, pool, lake, river;
• 1 year for the water from public network.

Several levels of filtering are available with recommendations based on the type of use:

• Very high filtration close to ultrafiltration:
  1 micron.

The first filtering step. Protects membranes in the following applications: ultrafiltration, nanofiltration, reverse osmosis. Therefore, it will fully purify the upstream water to optimize the application and to purify most of the water.

• High filtering:
  5 microns – 10 microns.

Protects upper ultrafiltration and reverse osmosis as the 1 micron filter cartridge. It is recommended for the use in pre-filtration before the devices with ultrafiltration, nanofiltration or reverse osmosis membranes. Increases the removal of very fine air particles to protect the household equipment. It also filters the water from the public network which also may contain fine particles.

• Standard filtering base:
  25 microns.

Classic fineness of filtration. Standard equipment for each Cintropur. One of the best choices for the detention of suspended particles. Perfect for filtering the following waters: rain, drilling, wells. Thanks to its efficiency it protects the domestic hydraulic lines and the ultraviolet sterilization devices. Filters the cold water when supplying, for example, heating system closed chains.

• Medium prefiltration:
  50 microns – 100 microns.

Rougher fineness than 25 micron coupler. It detains the larger sediments before the finer filter cartridge thereby  preventing it from the clogging too quickly. In the first stage (the water pre-filtration) there are more particles and sediments. This filter cartridge is not only used for water filtration but also for other applications such as liquid filtration in industry.

• Gross prefiltration:
  150 microns – 300 microns.

This type of filter cartridge is washable and durable due to its nylon material. It keeps dirt such as microwaste, stones, granular sediments, leaves and small waste before sprinklers and irrigation devices frequently used by farmers, gardeners and professionals in the field of irrigation and pond water pumping. The filter cartridge proves to be very economical in the long term.
