Ecosoft Ecotec 2000 antiscalant 10kg
Main advantages:
- strong carbonate and sulfate sediment inhibitor in severe conditions;
- provides colloidal and suspended particle dispersion;
- effective for different water compositions at different pH values;
- reduces overall system pollution by influencing the formation of inorganic crystals;
- ensures economical operation of the system due to the low/effective dose and reduction of the frequency of the chemical rinsing.
OPERATING PRINCIPLE:
ECOTEC RO 2000 is based on three complementary mechanisms:
- An increase in the solubility of salts due to the threshold effect which reduces the poorly soluble inorganic salt (especially calcium carbonate CaCO3) deposition.
- Deformation of the inorganic salt crystals that leads to their decomposition into small, irregularly shaped crystals that cannot cling to the surfaces.
- Dispersive action that prevents the small crystal or colloidal particle agglomeration and sedimentation.
APPLICATION:
Ecosoft Ecotec 2000 antiscalant needs to be added into the water that are supplied to the reverse osmosis system (small volume, use the dosing device). Standard dose: 5-10 mg/l.
The dosed amount of antiscalant ECOTEC RO 2000 depends on many factors, including the quality of the source water and the permeate outcome.
To increase the efficiency of the ECOTEC RO 2000 it is recommended to dose before the cartridge filters.
pH (10% solution): 4,0-5,0
Density at 20 °C: 1,1±0,05 g/cm3
