Product Information
The Ecosoft CUBE 250 water softener is a compact, versatile solution designed for medium to large homes with higher water consumption. The system effectively softens hard water, helping to protect household appliances, plumbing and heating systems from limescale build-up, while improving everyday water comfort. Its robust housing design allows it to be installed in utility rooms or technical areas, ensuring a stable supply of softened water to meet the growing household demand.
The built-in smart valve automatically manages regeneration based on actual water consumption, supporting efficient salt and water use. Integrated features such as brine drying mode, vacation mode, salt shortage alerts and maintenance reminders help maintain consistent performance with minimal user effort. User-friendly controls and easy access for maintenance ensure simple operation and easy maintenance.

Care and maintenance
The integrated salt water tank is designed for convenient daily use and does not require frequent attention. Simply keep the salt level above the water level – ideally about two thirds full. For most households, checking the salt level every 2-4 months is usually sufficient.
Important: Do not let the salt drain completely. Insufficient salt can interrupt the regeneration process and reduce the system’s softening efficiency.
