FPC1054CT Filter for removing hydrogen sulfide Ecosoft

The filter is designed to effectively remove hydrogen sulfide, which creates an unpleasant “rotten egg” smell.

DEVICE AND FILTER OPERATION:

The system consists of a body filled with high-quality CENTAUR activated carbon. In its upper part there are installed a control valve with drainage and distribution system elements. The device is connected to the cold water, electricity and sewer pipeline to operate the control valve.

REGENERATION:

When the filter material resource is over, the filter automatically switches to regeneration mode. A reverse flow of water is passed through the layer of material at high speed to wash all impurities from the surface of the coal. After that they are discharged into the sewer and the filter again can be used to purify the water. Raw water is used for regeneration.

CONTROL AUTOMATION:

The control valve developed by Clack Corporation (USA) ensures absolute filter autonomy and ensures a constant supply of purified water.

SUITABILITY:

The Ecosoft FPC 1054 CT filter will provide clean water for a house or apartment for up to 3 people. The filter capacity is up to 0.6 m3 per hour. The device is suitable for purifying artesian and tap water.

After cleaning it is safe to use the water in washing machines and dishwashers, for hand washing, house cleaning and bathing.

HOW THE FILTER WORKS?

Until now there are not so many effective solutions for removing hydrogen sulfide from the water. The most simple and effective method is the use of the patented CENTAUR material. This material is activated carbon processed with a special technology. As a result the material surface acquires catalytic features and is able to oxidize hydrogen sulfide to safe and odorless compounds.

WORKING MODE:

The filter is connected to the cold water supply. Water previously purified from mechanical impurities enters the filter body filled with CENTAUR material which effectively removes the smell of hydrogen sulfide. Purified water is supplied to the consumer through the central pipe of the housing.

REGENERATION:

In order to restore the performance of the material the regeneration is periodically carried out. At a predetermined time the control valve turns the filter into regeneration mode. For the convenience of the consumer the valve settings are programmed so that the filter is regenerated when there is no water consumption.

Water is passed through the filter at high speed with a reverse flow which cleans the surface of the material and washes away all impurities. After that the impurities are discharged into the sewer. Then the system can be used again for water treatment. Raw water is used to regenerate these filters.

SERVICE:
