The CEN1354AIRC filter is an aeration water filter that cleans water from iron, manganese, arsenic as well as turbidity, color and odor without special reagents. The filter is suitable for underground water as well as centralized water supply systems. Features of the model:

The CEN1354AIRC filter effectively cleans water even when the pH level is low and the water contains a large amount of organic matter. The filtration system consists of a filter tank, an automatic control unit CLACK (USA) or Runxin (China), a reactor tank and an air compressor. Pressure vessels are made of FRP fiberglass. Catalytic filtering material AquaMandix and quartz sand are used for water purification.

How the filter works:

The CEN1354AIRC filter is based on aeration and filtration. Iron, manganese and mechanical impurities are oxidized, precipitated and then filtered as a result of aeration. Filtration is provided by the filtration material in the filter tank, which, thanks to grains of different sizes, ensures effective adsorption and accumulation of filterable substances.

In order to remove accumulated substances from the filter and restore the capacity of the filtering material, the control unit provides filter regeneration after a certain time. The system can then be used again for water treatment.

Maintenance:

For the proper operation of the equipment it is necessary to monitor the performance of the regeneration process, the air supply in the system and, if necessary, to ventilate the filters.
