ECOSOFT ECOLITE SOFT ION EXCHANGE RESIN
Ecosoft Ecolite Soft is a high-capacity strong-acid cation exchange resin in Na⁺ form specifically designed for water softening.
As water passes through the resin bed, calcium (Ca²⁺) and magnesium (Mg²⁺) ions responsible for water hardness are exchanged for sodium (Na⁺) ions.
This process reduces water hardness and helps prevent intensive limescale formation on water heating equipment, pipes, sanitary equipment and other surfaces.
Ecolite Soft resin provides high chemical and physical stability and is designed for long-term operation.
Standard sodium chloride (NaCl) tablet salt is used for resin regeneration.
HOW DOES CEN1044ECOM WORK?
Water, preferably pre-filtered to remove mechanical impurities, enters the CEN1044ECOM pressure vessel.
As the water passes through the Ecolite Soft ion exchange resin, calcium and magnesium ions are exchanged for sodium ions.
When the resin approaches the end of its operating capacity, the RUNXIN F117Q3 control valve automatically starts the regeneration cycle.
During regeneration, the brine solution restores the resin’s ability to soften water. Accumulated calcium and magnesium ions are flushed into the drain together with the regeneration water.
After regeneration is completed, the system automatically returns to normal service mode.
AUTOMATIC RUNXIN F117Q3 CONTROL VALVE
CEN1044ECOM is equipped with a RUNXIN F117Q3 automatic control valve.
The control valve manages the operation of the water softener and automatically performs the regeneration process.

For efficient and long-term operation of the water softener, the quality of the incoming water must be taken into consideration.

The actual capacity of the water softener depends primarily on the hardness of the incoming water.

The actual capacity may vary depending on the composition of the incoming water, required residual hardness, regeneration salt dosage and control valve settings.
MAINTENANCE
CEN1044ECOM operates automatically and does not require complicated daily maintenance.
The user should regularly check the salt level in the brine tank and add tablet salt intended for water softening systems when required.
We recommend professional inspection and maintenance of the system at least once a year.
Regular maintenance helps ensure efficient operation, economical salt consumption and a long service life of the system.
