The Ukrainian brand Ecosoft permanent dosing station D100660 capacity is 0.1 – 1.0 l / h and the volume of the tank for storing the solution is 60 liters. The dosing station is used in water treatment, for example:
- pH regulation;
- stabilization of the mineral composition of the water;
- for reagents of narrow significance (antiscalants and biocides).
The dosing station is protected against the overvoltage. It is possible to adjust the frequency of feeding the aqueous solution. The pump material is resistant to aggressive substances. The pump is equipped with a bottom filter that prevents the undissolved particles to enter the dispenser during suction (this also prevent dispenser from clogging).
How the dosing station works
The tank contains the reagent solution you are working with. When using a dosing pump, equal amounts of solution are injected into the water stream at the intervals that are set before.
Service
Do not let the reagent tank run out of the solution. Periodically rinse the bottom filter which is installed on the suction valve of the dosing pump. If you plan to change the reagent, it is necessary to rinse all the parts of the installation.
