As a filter material, the Ecosoft FPA 1252 CT system uses activated carbon Filtrasorb3 300 (manufactured by Calgon Carbon, USA). Filter design and operational features
The filter consists of a durable housing filled with high-quality activated carbon FILTRASORB® 300 (Calgon Carbon Corporation, USA) and a multifunctional control valve.
The filter is connected to a cold water supply. After preliminary purification from mechanical impurities, the water enters the filter housing, where chlorine and its compounds, as well as organic substances, are removed. Purified water is supplied to the consumer through the central pipe of the housing.
Regeneration
When the filter material resource is exhausted, the filter independently undergoes regeneration, but only at a time when water consumption is minimal, so as not to deprive access to purified water. During it, water is passed through the filter at high speed in a reverse flow, which cleans the surface of the coal, washes away all impurities and is discharged into the sewer. After that, the filter can be used again to purify water. Raw water is used for regeneration.
Control automation
To control the operation of the filter, a CE electromechanical valve (Clack-Ecosoft) is used. It has a whole list of advantages compared to older models of control valves, and most importantly – it ensures the operation of the system practically without user intervention.

Operating mode
The filter is connected to a cold water supply.
