By stopping the growth of scale crystals, the crystals do not form in the crystal lattice and “lock” on the heating element. Destroying scale crystal cores “breaks” them into smaller particles. Preventing the connection of scale crystals with each other – “surrounds” the scale crystals and prevents them from sticking together. Due to the fact that the filter does not contain phosphates and polyphosphates, it is hypoallergenic for people and absolutely harmless to the environment, unlike the use of polyphosphate filters.
Material replacement
The resource of 100 ml of Scalex filter material is designed for 20,000 liters of water or 400 washing cycles. This is quite a high indicator, it allows you to wash every day for more than one year. But our tap water contains a large number of different impurities.
During use, the filter material is contaminated with suspended impurities, iron and organic substances. As a result, the active substance still remains in the granules, but is no longer released into the water. To ensure that the washing machine is always protected from scale and the clothes are clean and soft, it is recommended to change the filter material (filler) once every 6 months.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR CHANGING ANTI-SCALEX FILTERS FILLER ECOSOFT SCALEX
1. Turn off the water supply through the filter and make sure there is no pressure in the housing.
2. Unscrew the filter housing from the cover.
3. Remove the top screen covering the filler.
4. Remove the filler from the housing and rinse the housing to remove the remaining filler.
5. Add new litter from the container. The container is designed for two changes.
6. Insert the mesh into the filter housing and screw it to the filter cover.
7. Open the water supply to the filter.
8. The filter is ready for use.
