Industrial system Ecosoft MO36000TP5:
- Up to 36 m³ of purified water per day
Intended for water treatment in breweries, farms, greenhouses, beverage production, chemical production, glass packet production - An effective solution for hard water
Ensures a consistently high quality of purified water and allows you to adjust the permeate yield depending on the quality of the source water - Original attractive design and compactness. Compact system design and specially designed connection panel
- Easy maintenance. The pre-cleaner cartridges must be changed regularly
- Low energy costs
Using Dow™ Filmtec™ XLE membrane elements and Grundfos pumps
ECOSOFT MO36000 (MO36000TP5) Industrial reverse osmosis system Ecosoft without membrane is designed for desalination of water with medium salinity (up to 1500 mg/l). The most advanced and effective way to remove up to 99.8% of impurities, including bacteria and viruses, as well as odors and tastes. The OS5000 controller provides automatic control of system operation and emergency modes. Constant control of permeate quality (conductivity and temperature) is an important advantage of this model. Productivity – up to 36 m³ of purified water per day.
ECOSOFT MO36000 is an excellent solution for farm, brewery, laboratory, spillway, greenhouse, car wash, food industry and glass package.
Reverse osmosis membranes are not included in this system.
OC5000 controller
The OC5000 controller is designed for automatic or manual control of reverse osmosis equipment and provides:
- automatic switching on and off of equipment after a signal;
- emergency shutdown of the equipment with signals from dry operation sensors, overpressure in the module;
- shutdown of the equipment to the external STOP signal;
- hydraulic flushing of membranes;
- constant control of permeate quality (electrical conductivity and temperature).
How does the Ecosoft industrial system work?
Inside the membrane module of the installation, the water is divided into two streams:
– demineralized water – permeate
– water with a high salt content – concentrate
Part of the concentrate is discharged into the sewer during the operation of the module, while the rest is sent to the inlet of the high-pressure pump, providing the so-called concentrate recycling.
An anti-scalant can be introduced into the incoming water stream, which prevents the formation of deposits inside the membrane elements.
Before being fed to the reverse osmosis device, the water is pre-treated on a fine cartridge filter, preventing impurities larger than 5 microns from entering the membrane.
Service
The correct and efficient operation of the system requires:
Change the mechanical cleaning cartridges – at least once every 3 months
Cartridges prevent large impurities (such as sand, clay particles, etc.) from reaching the membranes, and failure to replace them can damage or destroy the membrane.
Perform chemical rinsing of the reverse osmosis membrane – at least twice a year
Rinsing should be carried out in cases where the quality of the purified water has deteriorated or a decrease in productivity has been observed. This procedure is carried out using a chemical washing station and special reagents.
Keep a log of system maintenance and performance and water quality
Service and system operation history will allow for the most effective and timely performance of cartridge replacement, chemical membrane flushing and other system maintenance activities.
