Industrial system Ecosoft MO6500TP5:
- Up to 6000 liters of purified water per day;
- Provides water for a country house, cafe, restaurant, laboratory, in industry for small technological processes, steam boilers and steam generators;
- An effective solution for hard water
- Ensures a consistent high quality of purified water and allows to adjust the permeate yield depending on the quality of the source water;
- Compact and attractive design;
- Compact system design and specially designed connection panel;
- Easy maintenance;
- Low energy costs;
- Using Dow™ Filmtec™ XLE membrane elements and Grundfos pumps;
- The pre-cleaner cartridges must be changed regularly.
ECOSOFT MO6500 (MO6500TP5) the industrial reverse osmosis system Ecosoft without membrane is intended for desalination of water with medium salinity (up to 1500 mg/l). It is the best way to eliminate up to 99.8% of impurities such as bacteria and viruses, odors and tastes. The OS5000 controller provides automatic control of system operation and emergency mode. Constant control of permeate quality (conductivity and temperature) is an important advantage of this model. Productivity up to 6000 liters of purified water per day.
The industrial system Ecosoft MO6500 is an excellent solution for homes, villages, cafes, restaurants, laboratories, water spills, greenhouses, car washes, food industry, steam boilers and steam generators. A reverse osmosis membrane is not included in the package.
OC5000 controller:
The OC5000 controller is designed for automatic or manual control of reverse osmosis device and it provides:
- turning on and off the device according to the signal;
- emergency shutdown of the devicet with signals from dry operation sensors and overpressure in the module;
- shutdown of the device to the external STOP signal;
- membrane hydraulic flushing;
- constant permeate quality control (electrical conductivity and temperature).
Equipment:
- Grundfos® CM 1-10 pump;
- 300 psi membrane vessel;
- BB10 sediment prefilter;
- Electrical panel with Ecosoft controller;
- Danfoss solenoid valves;
- Piping, instrumentation;
- Steel frame;
- Carton box.
How does the Ecosoft MO6500TP5 industrial system work?
Inside the installation membrane module the water is divided into two streams:
– demineralized water (permeate)
– water with a high salt content (concentrate)
During the operation part of the concentrate is discharged into the sewer but the rest is sent to the high-pressure pump inlet providing so-called concentrate recycling.
An anti-scalant can be introduced into the incoming water stream which prevents the formation of sediments inside the membrane elements.
Before being fed to the reverse osmosis device the water is pre-treated by fine cartridge filter to prevent impurities entering the membrane that are larger than 5 microns.
Service:
The correct and efficient operation of the system requires:
- Change the mechanical cleaning cartridges at least once every 3 months. Cartridges prevent from large impurities (such as sand, clay particles, etc.) reaching the membranes. Failure to replace them can damage or destroy the membrane.
- Perform chemical rinsing for the reverse osmosis membrane at least twice a year.
- Rinsing should be carried out in cases where the quality of the purified water has deteriorated or a decrease in productivity has been observed. This procedure is carried out using a chemical washing station and special reagents.
- Keep a journal of system maintenance, performance and water quality. Service and system operation history will allow in the most efficient and timely manner to replace the cartridges, to do the chemical membrane flushing and to do other system maintenance activities.
